"Business Buddies" mentoring programme provides one to one support to BME women who wish to become self employed. The programme ensures that mentees gain adequate access to relevant knowledge and information within UK's business arena.
Justification/aim[]
Most effective way to engage diverse BME individuals through start up was by collaborating with BME intermediaries. Rely on expertise at grass roots level and work with range of BME networks.
